UEC Fibrous Plasterboard is a non-asbesto board that is made of gypsum plaster reinforeced with strands of fiberglass. The fiberglass is evenly distributed throughout the board at a ratio of 365 grams per m^2 to provide a consistent density of roughly 1100kg/m^3. Its surface has a smooth white texture making it ideal for lining interior cailing and to provide an clean and aesthetic interior design.

UEC Fibrous Plasterboard can be moulded into different shapes and sizes depending on design requirements and thus making it flexible and suitable for a variety of projects. It is widely used in commerial, industrial, residential and institutional areas.

Fire Performance

Non-combustible - comply to building authority fire code.
Tested in accordance with BS 476 part 4 'Fire Test on building materials and structures non-combustibility test for materials'.

Moisture Resistance (MR)

UEC Fibrous Plasterboard is available in standard and moisture resistant.
UEC Misture Resistance Fribrous Plasterboard has a water repellent surface and complies with water absorption test BS 1230 part 1.
